After nine printings, Guy’s first book, Drawing Room Deceptions, was allowed to go out of print, not because of a lack of interest, but because we wanted to create an updated edition to coincide with the release of More Drawing Room Deceptions. And toward that end, Guy has written a 36-page addendum wherein he discusses slight modifications he has made to the routines over the past quarter century. This bonus chapter is a master class in how a routine is never really finished. Taken together, these two volumes represent twenty-five years of thinking by one of our most thoughtful creators and performers. Price: $70.
